Mission Statement
Our mission is to give our clients prepared medical services by providing Compassion, Integrity, and Commitment. This is accomplished through the passion that each provider carries with them. We want all our clients here at Prepared EMS to experience these three values whether it’s in our daily operations, through an education class or in the moment of an emergency. Our EMT’s will give everyone the feeling of being serviced by genuine professional through compassion, integrity, and commitment.
THE TEAM
Matthew Carstairs
Owner
I founded my company in 2016 with a desire to grow the EMS world with new and cutting edge medicine/training. I am currently employed with a local fire department and an EMT instructor with the LA County school district. My education and experience in emergency medicine is has been developed over the last 12 years volunteering and working full time in the field and 7 years as a licensed professional. I plan to achieve my dream one step at a time and with my growing team beside me I know we can become one of the best companies around.
Some of my hobbies, I currently serve as the president of my HOA to give back and help improve my community. I work as a "Church Medic" through Friend Church in Yorba Linda and have been helping develop their Emergency program for all youth ministries from kinder-garden to College.
I have a lovely wife of 3 years who also works in the medical field. As you can tell it runs in our little family.
Lastly I am a fun outgoing person who loves the out doors, sports, movies and hanging out with friends during my free time.
